It's never too early to take care of you and thank you for asking for the exercise recommendations of the best thin I can only say that we are cardio, strength and stretch to take a training plan that will actually follow. To burn fat, you should burn for at least 20 minutes of cardio and no less, and do not fat. I would like 30 minutes cardio, either running or cycling, then extends this target all major muscle groups. Try this at least 4 days a week, one hour per day not too much to ask for your health. Strength training is also good because it will burn muscle for energy, while fat mass is not, in fact, if you build a muscle burn more calories even when you arent practice.
