What types of disabilities would require the following equipment? - disability equipment

I investigate all the wonderful different types of equipment that is available to help the different people in different ways. I was wondering if anyone knew or had experience with the following equipment and you know what the disability / required by the team. I am aware of the general population, may have some problems, for example. apmutee, hip, leg injuries, knee, etc., but not specific disability. Any help is welcome!

- Two special (electricity, etc.)
- Mattress, Mattresses, Pillows
- Lifting and the transfer of aid - particularly the advice and the transfer record
- The mobile hoists, hoists, walking aids permanent
- Special Seats
