Cancer is the overproduction of cells, some coming in more and more cells died as benign and others that are so bad still active and infect the surrounding tissue. Who speaks in the frivolous. But no .. not a real cell in the cell, as you say in this area. The excessive production may be a simple problem, how the cell duplicates itself.
